In the Premier League on Saturday, Arsenal defeated Bournemouth 4-0 thanks to a goal from Kai Havertz, who scored his first for the team.

The German international has been under fire recently for not making an impression during games, but he scored a penalty in the second half to help Arsenal close the score with Manchester City to one point.

Prior to Martin Odegaard’s penalty kick giving Arsenal a 2-0 lead at halftime, Bukayo Saka opened the score. After the half, goals from Havertz and Ben White cemented the win, sending Bournemouth into the relegation zone.

After the game, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta remarked, “I’m really happy for the win, but I’m even happier to be part of a team that shows the human qualities that they do today.”

“To be able to empathise with a player who has some doubts warmed me even more today.”

The way our fans made Havertz feel makes me very delighted. He is the player who most certainly deserves that.

“It’s likely going to change everything.” They are out if he had any doubts about our feelings towards him.
