Moises Caicedo, a sought-after ARSENAL target, wants to make sure people “keep talking” about him through his performances.
Following a strong start to the current campaign with Brighton, Caicedo has emerged as one of the Premier League’s most talked-about midfielders, drawing interest from clubs like Chelsea, Arsenal, and Liverpool.
Caicedo, though, is keeping his head down and, despite some conflict during the January transfer window, he claims he is content at Brighton and isn’t considering moving elsewhere.
On Wednesday, he commented to Sky Sports about the rumors swirling around him: “People are going to talk about me, other players too!”
Brighton has a large number of talented, clever, and skilled footballers.
“I’m glad that people are talking about me,” I said. That is why I work out hard every day to play my best football and get the word out about myself.
Caicedo stated in a separate interview with Brighton’s website that choosing new terminology was simple: ‘That wasn’t a difficult choice.
‘If I hadn’t signed, it would have been a difficult choice. I chose to join with the club because I’m satisfied with everything there.
Now, my attention is on Brighton, the club that first opened its doors. I’m thrilled to be here and satisfied beyond belief [with the new deal].
“I don’t even consider the rumors. I’m concentrating on succeeding in Brighton. I am really delighted to be here with my coworkers and the entire club, and I will continue to give this club my best.
It will be intriguing to watch where Caicedo ends up since he is a talented player who is prepared for the next phase of his career and a number of major teams are interested in signing him.
