Milan winger and ARSENAL target Rafael Leao insists he is happy at the Rossoneri and says he will halt talk over his future until the end of the season.
Over he past few transfer seasons – Chelsea have gone crazy and signed so many players and spent so much money – that fans are getting worried that the board are signings players like its Championship manager.
They managed to bring in the likes of Mudryk, Joao Felix, David Fofana and many more in the January window – but one player that they missed out on was the impressive Rafael Leao.
Chelsea have been keeping a close eye on the Portuguese star for some time now and are very much interested in making sure that he is brought to the club- with Todd Boehly still be willing to sign Leao for a massive asking price.
According to recent reports, Chelsea are already working on a deal for Leao. The winger’s contract extension talks with AC Milan have been constantly stalled despite his claim that there is nothing wrong between the two parties.
However – it has also been claimed that ARSENAL are now very much interested in signing the gifted Portuguese star.
Mikel Arteta has done some wonderful business over the past couple of transfer windows and signed players that have made a real difference to the side – and made them one of the best in the Premier League.
However – it seems that they may miss out on one of their summer targets when the transfer window opens up in a few months time as the Portuguese star has admitted that he is very happy at the Italian giants – the winger said:
“I am happy at Milan, I am talking to the people who need to talk, I cannot comment right now. We’ll see at the end of the season what happens.
“The most important thing right now is the game and ending the season in the right way.”
