According to reports, Leeds United is currently the overwhelming frontrunner to sign Nat Phillips, a defender for Liverpool, before the end of January.
Since Phillips hasn’t played much for Liverpool lately, it makes sense for them to let him go as soon as possible in order to pay his £65,000 weekly salary.

According to the Daily Mail, Phillips is being courted by a number of Championship teams, including Blackburn and Cardiff, in addition to Leeds.
