Scout Michele Fratini claims that one of Arsenal’s players is “among the 50 best youngsters in the world.”

The Italian was discussing the Gunners’ skill with TV Play, as reported by TuttoJuve, in relation to reports that Juventus was interested in signing him.

One of the best players in the Arsenal youth, Patino is now on loan to Swansea City in the Championship.

The 20-year-old Gunners star is performing incredibly well; in 17 league games, he has three goals and four assists.

Fratini recently stated to Rai Sport, via TuttoJuve, that Juventus might attempt to sign Patino from Arsenal and include Moise Kean in the transaction.

The football middleman has now reiterated his assertions. He has gone so far as to say that the Gunners have put a value on their quality.

“Patino? He stated, “It’s like he’s in everyone’s notebook, one of the top 50 kids in the world.”

“I’m not sure if Rabiot will remain at Juventus. Like him, Patino is left-footed, and Giuntoli wants to use the best players available to provide quality in the midfield.

“The Gunners are asking for about €30 million (£26 million), maybe fixed at €20 million plus bonuses of €10 million.”

Charlie Patino won’t be leaving Arsenal anytime soon, according to TBR View

To be honest, it seems highly doubtful that Juventus will be able to pull off this deal. especially during the transfer window in January.

Arsenal obviously think highly of Patino. Given that he’s excelling while on loan at a Championship team, the parent club’s first squad is usually the next stop. He’s making good progress, and you would expect the Gunners would want him to stay on.

It’s obviously not insurmountable—very little in football is. In theory, Juve could have turned Patino’s head. And for a player who has only played in two senior Arsenal games, £26 million isn’t a terrible amount. Who knows? The Gunners might try to turn a profit right now.

On the other hand, Patino’s value might be multiples of £26 million if he does reach his full potential. Given that Declan Rice paid £105 million to join Arsenal—a sum that now seems like a steal—Patino may end up being worth much more than £26 million.
