Big European club sets sights on Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool boss never managed in the country

All of football’s world knows that Jurgen Klopp will be departing from Liverpool at the end of the current campaign, and several of the continent’s biggest teams are already preparing to relocate.

Jürgen Klopp’s amazing legacy at Liverpool

The German coach said at his news conference on Friday that he will be leaving his position at Anfield because he is running out of energy. He added that he will take a year off before determining his next course of action.

With his strong ties to Borussia Dortmund and his declaration that he would never manage an English team again, it is safe to assume that Klopp, who is 56 years old, will not be managing in either of those two divisions going forward.

Roma, an Italian team, hopes to capitalise on this and, per Il Messaggero, wants to lure Klopp to the city in the future.

Additional Tales / Up-to-Date News
As a result of the Serie A team going through a rocky patch, Roma fired iconic coach Jose Mourinho earlier this month. Daniele De Rossi, a club veteran, took over as interim manager.

The Italian team has little chance of persuading Klopp to join them because most people believe the Liverpool manager will take over the German national team before to the 2026 World Cup.

Although this is the 56-year-old’s most likely destination, Klopp still has goals to accomplish at Anfield, so the German coach won’t be thinking about it just yet.
