A youthful talent is apparently the target of multiple Premier League teams, including Manchester United, who have supposedly made an initial move.

What recent transfer news is there regarding Man United?

The club was active throughout the summer transfer window even though the Glazers have not yet made a move to acquire the team. With seven new players joining the team ahead of Erik ten Hag’s second season in charge, the Old Trafford board gave their support to the manager.

Along with Altay Bayindir, who completed a permanent move, the three big-money recruits were Rasmus Hojlund, Mason Mount, and Andre Onana. Jonny Evans came back to Manchester on a free transfer, while Sofyan Amrabat and Sergio Reguilon completed last-minute loan deals from Tottenham and Fiorentina.

After a challenging beginning, Ten Hag’s team recently defeated Burnley and Crystal Palace back-to-back in a couple of days. Premier League action at Old Trafford against Crystal Palace is next on United’s schedule, but it appears that transfer arrangements are being finalised behind closed doors in preparation for the New Year.

The trustworthy transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on X claims that Lorran, a teenage player from Flamengo who already shares an agency with several Brazilian players and has a €50 million release clause in his present contract, has been scouted by both Man United and Chelsea.

Acknowledgment: Lorran, a very skilled Brazilian born in 2006, was recently observed by scouts from Manchester United and Chelsea. He signed a €50 million release clause with Flamengo.

“He signed with Vinicius Jr., Paqueta, Martinelli, Endrick, and Roc Nation Sports Brazil, the agency of JayZ.”

Hey, who’s Lorran?

At the young age of seventeen, Lorran is making great strides in the Flamengo Academy. The Brazilian is classified by Transfermarkt as an attacking midfielder with the ability to play as a second striker. He has already made four appearances for the first team.

He looks to be a real star in the making, as football talent scout Jacek Kulig described his speed, power, athleticism, dribbling, technique, ball control, and shooting power as “very strong” traits. The scout also said that he “has the potential to become a key player in a top European league.” The young player might be considered a long-term replacement for Jadon Sancho at Old Trafford, as Kulig also asserted that the player’s best position is actually as a right-winger in a 4-3-3 system.

After Ten Hag decided not to include the winger in the team for the match against Arsenal because of his training results, Sancho and the latter had engaged in an off-field altercation. According to the attacker, he has been used as a scapegoat on social media, and neither Sancho nor Ten Hag are backing down at the moment. As a result, the attacker may leave Old Trafford in January, and the club anticipates receiving bids for his services.

As a result, there are rumours that United feels Lorran might be their man for the right-hand side’s long-term future. This is one to watch over the next few months. Serge Gnabry of Bayern Munich is also being considered for a potential deal.
