Man Utd to sign 29-year-old AS Roma forward

Manchester United are reportedly looking into the possibility of signing Paulo Dybala from AS Roma this summer, with the forward potentially available for a fee of £10.7m. The 29-year-old Argentine has been in impressive form for the Italian side this season, having scored 10 goals and provided seven assists in 20 appearances. According to Sport, Dybala’s contract includes a release clause which allows foreign teams to sign him for the aforementioned amount. The Red Devils are said to be keen to bolster their attacking options ahead of the next campaign and are also reportedly interested in Victor Osimhen of Napoli, who has scored 18 goals in the Serie A this season.

Dybala has vast experience at the highest level of European football, having previously plied his trade at Juventus between 2015 and 2020. During his time with The Old Lady, the Argentine scored 78 goals and assisted 40 in 178 games across all competitions.

It remains to be seen whether Manchester United will decide to make a move for Dybala, but his experience and goalscoring prowess could prove to be a major plus point for the Premier League side.
