Bournemouth 3-2 Arsenal

On Saturday, the Premier League’s game of the day took place at the Emirates Stadium.

Table-toppers Arsenal were stunned when Bournemouth’s Philip Billing scored the second fastest goal in Premier League history after 9.11 seconds.

When Marcos Senesi doubled Bournemouth’s lead 12 minutes into the second half, jaws dropped even lower.

But then came Arsenal’s comeback.

In the 62nd minute, Thomas Partey volleyed home from an Emile Smith Rowe pass to give the Gunners hope.

Eight minutes later, Arsenal equalized thanks to Ben White’s first goal for the club.

White arrived at the far post to meet a cross from Reiss Nelson, who had replaced Smith Rowe just moments before.

A Bournemouth defender cleared White’s shot, but only after the ball had crossed the goal line.

Arsenal pushed forward in search of a winner, which came with the game’s final kick.

Nelson scored with a brilliant left-footed shot into the top corner after Bournemouth failed to clear a corner.
